2. Document Isolation & Encryption
All uploaded PDF tenders, Excel BOQs, and technical specification schedules are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest and transferred via TLS 1.3 in transit. Document parsing through our AI extraction models is conducted within isolated, zero-retention execution containers.
3. Supplier Communication Privacy
When our bilingual China sourcing desk dispatches RFQ dockets to Chinese manufacturers over WeChat or 1688 wholesale channels, your firm's corporate identity remains shielded under Prokyua's institutional procurement umbrella unless you explicitly request direct factory introduction.
4. Payment & Mobile Money Data
Payments processed via Vodacom M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, and Selcom USSD gateways are tokenized and processed directly by licensed financial switches. Prokyua never stores your mobile money PIN or credit card CVV.
